Engagement - Your have to get the attention of an audience (there are several reasons why the audience is interested in you). This is the reasons your audiences are drawn to your account. About 50% should be spent on engagement. Here are some examples I made myself below of engagement posts in reference to a clothing business

Storytelling - Storytelling shows something about the person with the account (this could be more personal). This emotionally invests the audience and makes them feel closer to you. About 30% should be spent on storytelling. This is again an example I made with a clothing company in which the owner is having a q&a in which the audience can ask questions.
Promotion - Promotion shows your audience new products you come out with for example albums, merchandise, tour tickets etc. About 20% should be spent on promotion. This is again examples I made to do with a clothing business and are posts showing a Black Friday sale (getting customers interest for purchase) and just a post reminding followers that the product is still available.
